Premium Membership and Cancellation Policy

Account creation and Free membership are free indefinitely. ThaiYinda offers one optional Premium feature set for £7.99 GBP per month outside Thailand. Prime Cognito is the contracting merchant; ThaiYinda is the customer-facing service.

Premium access

Premium includes supported Thai–English translation, the Lounge and its translation, Lounge-only voice calling, and photo messaging only in the approved Lounge private-chat context. Eligible members classified from trusted Cloudflare country at first verified sign-in as based in Thailand receive the same features without payment. The stored launch-market decision does not claim nationality and does not change merely because the member travels.

An eligible paid-market member automatically receives one 48-hour preview at first verified sign-in. It requires no card, never renews and never charges automatically. Free membership resumes when access ends without deleting profiles, posts, comments, relationships or messages.

Billing and cancellation

A paid Premium subscription renews monthly at £7.99 until cancelled. Stripe Checkout processes subscription payment for Prime Cognito. The Stripe Customer Portal provides payment details, invoices and cancellation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the paid-through date. A failed payment may retain Premium for a three-day grace period.

Consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds and cooling-off requests are handled manually by Prime Cognito through Stripe pending final legal approval; statutory rights are not limited. We do not operate a blanket no-refunds policy. Tax treatment remains subject to owner/accountant confirmation.
