Community Standards

These standards apply to profiles, Club posts/comments, ordinary messages, Lounge text/photos/calls, and every other member interaction.

18+ and authentic participation

ThaiYinda is only for people aged 18 or over. Do not impersonate, mislead about identity, or operate deceptive accounts.

Respect and safety

No harassment, stalking, coercion, threats, repeated unwanted contact, hate or targeted abuse. No scams, romance fraud, manipulation, money requests, deceptive commercial activity, sextortion, sexual exploitation or intimate images shared without consent.

At initial launch, nudity and sexually explicit imagery are prohibited. Sexual content involving or depicting anyone under 18 is absolutely prohibited. Suspected child sexual abuse material and serious safety evidence may be preserved and reported where legally required.

Illegal and harmful activity

No violence promotion, terrorism/extremism, trafficking, illegal drugs or weapons, exploitation or encouragement of self-harm, doxxing, malware, spam, scraping, platform manipulation, or intellectual-property infringement. Do not share another person’s information or image without authority.

Report, block and enforcement

Use Report and Block where available or Get Help. Reports are recorded and assessed, with urgent safety issues prioritised; we do not promise a fixed resolution time. Depending on risk and history, action may range from a warning or content restriction to suspension/removal. Reporting never automatically deletes content. You may complain or appeal through Get Help. We cooperate with lawful authorities where required.
